Is that because we aren't helping poor people enough, or because we are
helping them too much?  That is, they don't seem to be having problems
reproducing if fully 20% of children are born to the poor.  What is the
rate of poverty among adults?  Find out, put the numbers together, and I
think you'll see that the poor are doing better than the non-poor in
terms of reproductive success.

Are there really more poor children in Canada than in Hungary?  Is this
merely because poor Hungarians use birth control?  What could explain this
strange observation?
