OK, the label "funding reserves" makes it sound like some kind of
accumulated surplus, but the description ("according to MU...") makes
it sound like they just merely deleted the capital spending account
for the year. Now, that's reasonably harsh...I don't want to *think*
about next year at this rate. :-(
