[MLUG - DISCUSSION] Help with redirecting?

I got some local friends of mine that works on a
a programming project together, and most of the
mediacom users can connect to me, but this one
house with mediacom can not seem to connect,
my guess is they are on another network address
from me. they have this network address 12.216.234.0
And i'm on 12.216.230.0 address.

I can ping other mediacom users, I just can't
ping this house, they can't ping me, they can't
connect to me. My firewall has no rules to block them.
Nor does there's. They can ping mlug, what i had to
do in the past to access my server from their house
is log into my MLUG account then access my server.

Does anyone have any suggestions on this problem?
or ways to redirect, or could this mlug server
use iptables to redirect, or could someone with a
server use their iptables to redirect?

If someone has the solution, I'll be
very pleased, this problem is a pain.
