     I like rdesktop, it works great when getting on
2K terminal servers, not as chatty as VNC, I liked
this prog so much I wrote a graphical frontend in
Perl-GTK so I could put it in my enlightenment menu.
;)

     But if you look to get that functionality out of
linux, X forwarding over SSH is hardcore bandwidth,
and not very secure seeing as my debian install denies
this by default, but VNC over SSH works quite well.
Only problem being is if you would like to use a
windows machine as a client you have to have an SSH
client that supports port forwarding.  I believe putty
now does this, but a year ago you either had to get
your hands on SecureCRT or an SSH extension to
TeraTerm Pro, TTSSH, which sucks.

P.S. let me know if U guys want the frontend, it is
ugly, but it works.
