Refilling works quite well on my HP/Apollo printer.  It is important to
refill before the cartridge is completely out of ink. This is easier
with clear plastic cartriges like HP uses.  My finacee uses this printer
to print articles for her PhD research.  That's thousands of pages
through a single cartridge.
