Pretty sure it can't be fiber, the article said that was still 5 or so years
out and will cost much much more for consumers. They are going to try to
make a smooth transition for people to go from ADSL to fiber. 12MB/sec
doesn't sound impossible for adsl, but I'm floored if that's what they get
for the cheap price, compared to what we get in the US.
