There is now a wireless ISP in St.Louis - $30/month I think. Forget the
name

I just purchased a WiFi 802.11b PCI card to add wireless connectivity to
my LAN. It was $47 and has a $20 rebate and is Linux compat so not a
bad
price IMO. The antenna it comes with can be replaced to add extra range
if
so desired. I'm going to slap it into my gateway machine and see how
things go. Really not to expensive a way to add a local hot spot.

I'm thinking of getting business-class ISDN or DSL so that I can share
my
bandwidth legally (I checked with the phone company to verify it was
okay.). Possibly open a lil hobby store to spend my free time in and put
up a decent antenea from there.
