Anyone else had network troubles? Last two days my ISP was completely down
and now that I'm back online DNS still isn't working (I assume it has to
reload the cache or soemthing) and it's impossibly slow. The ISP claims
the down time is because of their upstream provider so I thought maybe it
was regional.
