My first thought is that this is not the place for you to raise your
concerns. It places an unfair pressure on everyone else on this list and
we are not party to your dispute.

My suggestions are to correspond in person, by letter, by telephone or
by any means other than here. You seem to be hinting at legal action,
and though I am not a lawyer, I'd again suggest not using a public forum
like this that could prejudice the case of either party in a law suit.
You should probably consult carefully with a lawyer before making any
posts to a list such as this referring to your dispute.

If you wish constructive advice on solving your actual problem - that's
the task you contracted someone to solve for you, not your personal
disputes, then sure, post the details and people may offer suggestions
as to how to get the work you wish done completed. 

Don't however use this forum as a vent for your unhappiness in a
contractual matter; it's not the appropriate venue.

Those are my views; I don't know how anyone else on the list feels.
