Just buy a 400 watt power supply and be done with it. If it's a tower
case, you're not limited by space like I am with my little Compaq
Slimline. I can only fit a 90 W power supply in it. That's why I went with
an ultra low power GeForce2 MX PCI card with 32 MB RAM. When I get the
money I'm cramming a big hard drive into it, finding the fscking cable for
the proprietary CD-ROM, and turning it into a car MP3 player with a PSOne
emulator. First I have to rewire my car and put on a new voltage regulator
and fusible link, as cars from 1965 like mine were designed to only take
something like a 45 amp alternator. If you cram anything too big amperage
wise under the hood, you fry wires. Yay!
Cheers,
Neil Bradshaw
