Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Information

If you don't find it there, try to open up Word, go to help > About and
Select System Information.

In the System Summary tab you'll get all the info you're after.

If you don't have system information in either place, you'll need to install
it for the processor speed info, or get it from the BIOS.

The memory you should get by hitting ctrl alt del and looking under
"performance"
