I say cheer.  It isn't quite GPL, but it is open source, modifiable and
redistributable.  It gives programmers a little more code to work with.

(I don't understand what the code does, but can free code be a bad thing?)

What do you all think of the license?  I know MS has opposed GPL.  How is
their "shared source license" any better/worse than GPL?
