I don't know who you have, but I've been fairly satisfied with the
responses to my complaints about service outages, etc. They usually give
you things like a free week or month. If they continue to fail to
provide, they ought to give you your money back and let you go. I don't
think you'd win enough in a law suit to make it worthwhile!
