Anyone know if you can sue an ISP for failure to provide the contracted
services? My connection is slow and flakey. Both between my server and I
and the server and the Internet. I'd switch providers but I'm not sure if
there are any others in this area. Seems to me that only being able to
connect at a usable speed (fast enough to use Pine) and stay connected for
more than 60 seconds every other day is probably not living up to their
end of the cotnract.
