yes it's possible - and you're right it'd be a good idea for a lab of your
size.

Take a look at:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/en/server/help/folder.htm

This more or less sorts out the file copy problem. Depending on how tolerant
your users are, you could even rebuild their desktop each time they log off,
deleting any files they may have left there - in other words, each time a
user logs back on they get a default desktop. If they want to keep files, My
Docs is the place to put them.
