I'll second Rick on the Windows NT roaming profile issue.  Don't do it.
Most of the time they work resonably well, but then you'll get weird
errors popping up every once in awhile (like Access not starting and
throwing up a weird error, people not being able to print, slowness
logging into the network, people's IE bookmarks not being properly saved,
drives not being properly mapped [since they can be stored in the profile
as well as a login script], I could go on an on.) and you'll be pulling
your hair out trying to find a problem, but the problem is the user's
profile is corrupted...So you have to remove it from the server and any
workstations they have logged into in the past, so Windows NT will
recreate them a new profile.
