Of these, I only really dislike Circuit City.  D&M serves a 
different kind of clientele (people with money), while Columbia 
Photo is the place to go for...photography stuff.

Not just a Famous Barr, unless something very bad happens to the
Kroenke group.  Famous Barr plus parking would be about 12 acres,
and they've got twice that anyway.  Kroenke wants to take down the
Walmart, too, but the site they prefer for that is in a location
that will need its own freeway interchange on I-70, and that could
take forever to happen.  So you can predict it will actually open up 
across from HyVee.
