1st amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of
speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to
assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
The loophole that I think they're trying to get this thru is that this
is no "law", this is simply a "security measure".
Frankly, this is one of the biggest loads of malarkey this side of the
impending Iraq invasion. Unfortunately, by the time you get to a lawyer,
your rights are already gone...
