I think he's hit on something. Thats probably what the artist was
depicting.

What about the columns downtown? I'm not sure if they were from an old
building or just made to look like it (not up on my columbia history), but
either way, they were left up artistically, and I found them rather
impactful.
Other than that, I have to agree with you. There may be other art in
Columbia, but it had so little effect that I didn't notice it...
