It's 3 blocks from the capitol, so thats why nobody sees it :-)
It's not the most beautiful ever, but as library's go, its pretty nice on
the outside.  It has that clean, stately look.  The new one in Columbia
looks more like an abstract art display.  While its a nice blob of an
interesting color, I'd rather study in a simpler building.  OTOH, the inside
is yellowed with age, and looks horrible.  The only nice parts inside are
the rebuilt offices and meeting rooms.
