Well, the inside is likely to surprise you.  It's possible you might 
even hate it more than you do already. :-)

But another point here is that this is definitely a building that
will *not* look like what the architect specified until you've got
real landscaping, and they were only doing the irrigation stuff
outside when we visited today.  It's a common but often major error
to judge something like this before it's done.
