In "Folder List", I can usually type the first letter of whatever folder I
want to go to, for example, I press "m" three times, which takes me past
"mbac" and "misc", to "mlug". At that point, I hit tab to go into the email
list of that folder if I want, or I can press "i" to go back to inbox.
About once a month, when I pause on a folder in the "Folder List", "Folder
List" looses focus, and the first email in the email list is highlighted.
This behavior ends after a while of use, or if I shut Outlook down and
restart, however, if I shut Outlook down and restart, the behavior returns
about an hour later.

This isn't high priority, I just can't figure out what is going on and it's
bugging the heck out of me. (also inconvenient, but not overly so.)
