Can you be a bit more specific?
What version of Outlook - 97/98/2k/XP
What email configuration - Internet Only or Corporate/Workgroup?
What email server? Pop3? Imap? Exchange?
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by scrolling through the list or
"jumping into emails" can you describe this behaviour a bit more? Do you
mena in the preview pane, or actually opening your email messages? Or do you
mena when you get the small 4 or so lines preview in blue text below
unopened emails?
I support Outlook a lot, but need a bit more info to help.
Cheers,
Russell.
