I've noticed that about once a month, Outlook will start 'second guessing'
me and jumping into the emails in a folder as I scroll down through the
folder list. This usually lasts for about 4 hours, then afterwards I have
to actively choose to go into a folder. Any idea where this random feature
comes from, and how to avoid it?
