That's usually the case. "realised" is the wrong word for it, but that's
why we put it in quotes.
Another note while we're on the subject. My parents used to use Visa, till
they discovered a string of 900 # phone bills made on payphones in Texas.
We could prove that the card was in Missouri the whole time, along with all
people authorized to use it, but Visa still required us to pay. Needless to
say, I suggest avoiding Visa, and reading the fine print. Visa's fine print
basically said they don't care who charged it, we own the card, and any
charges made up to a week after we cancel the card are our repsonsibility.
