I wouldn't suggest Paypal any longer (I have cancelled mine). With the era 
of new corporate responsibility, I trust no unregulated financial service 
companies. Especially ones that have the power to do charge-backs against 
your accounts.

Perhaps ebay will turn it into a legitimate institution, until then I keep 
my eye on the happenings at  http://www.paypalwarning.com/.
