I would suggest looking into a PayPal debit card. I've used debit cards at
several banks and so far am happiest with the way it's handled by PayPal.
PayPal doesn't let debit's bounce the way many banks do, I can instantly
see my expenditures via PC or my cell phone, I get cash back for each
purchase credited back to my account within 24 hours (and I get interest
back from the money fund on the account). I can easily limit my risk by
having two PayPal accounts (credit cards and bank accounts work also..
though a lil slower) and only transfering money into the account as I
need to spend it.. thus if the card is lost or stolen there is nothing
there to be stolen. I can make that account transfer while standing in the
store via the web interface in my phone. Very cool indeed. ;)
