Oops, also I forgot to mention that there is still a difference. The Visa 
version uses the credit card network, the ATM version goes through a 
different network (I'm assuming that it is the same or similar to ATM 
networks?). The cards that are combined allow you to choose which type of 
transaction you want to process it as.
