Something to remember - record when you call, and then write a letter to
them referencing the call, keeping a copy for your records.  If they get
your call, then pay off $500+ in transfers made with the stolen card,
there's not much you can do to keep them honest about when you contacted
them if you don't record everything.  Don't expect anyone to be honest when
it comes to money, especially not your bank.  The bank manager might be
honest, as it's pocket change to him, but the clerk you talk to on the phone
knows that $500+ in loss is going to be blamed on him if not you.
