Considering its not within our limited powers to track them down, I doubt
it.  The only thing that will stop these people is a large enough lawsuit to
close their shop, and that only stops one at a time.  Just ignore it, and it
should go away though.  I've ignored it for 4 months, and removed myself
from every mailing I opted into, and for a month now, all I've recieved has
been 4 scam mailings from the "former aide to the wife of..."  Half of these
indicate he's ditched the wife and run off with $32m, the newer two say he's
protecting the wife and has $50m. ;-)
