[MLUG - DISCUSSION] Fun With Foreigner Scams

Inspired by the thread about (I think it was Mike's) experience with these
scams, I thought I'd try my own response.  I suggested he give me a physical
contact point, as I never conduct transactions of this magnitude ($50
million) except in person.  I figured if he was stupid enough to give an
address, I'd pass it on to the authorities and let them set up a meeting.

He's already responded once, quite positively, to an email trailed with
this:

"Sincerely,
Matthew M. Ross
Auxiliary 3y3-D10-T Consultant"

The strangest part is that he seems to think a state worker would have that
kind of money.
