IMHO, the Student visa should be the least harassed. A student has to
obtain some degree of understanding of Americans, our language, and culture,
just to be a student. This, as I understand, is half of the reasons for
immigration laws - cultural conflict. The other half is disease and
overpopulation. Unfortunately, 'should be' never is the way of things.
