The relativity problem is this:  What do you *mean* by 'instantly'?

It has been a while since I've had physics, but IIRC, Einstein developed a
lot of his theory around concepts of simultaneity and synchronization.
Whether events occur simultaneously depends on a frame of reference.

Tell me if something new has happened in physics to change this.
