Specifically, if you give them the choice of giving you (some
partion of) the $200 back versus having you ship off to the other
bank, you're just asking for them to agree that you'd be better off
elsewhere.
Meanwhile, in the past I have generally found Credit Unions to be
more reasonable people to deal with, but I fear that as they get
bolder about expanding their business beyond their original
customers, this may not hold up.
