I've noticed that regardless of the region, there is a low dialect. In the
south, its a drawl and some interesting mispronunciations, in large cities,
its jive or 'Ebonics', in California, its surferese, and in Redmond, its
visual basic. The people who fall into these low dialects would do so in
any area, so its not their upbringing that ruins them, but their
unwillingness to care about proper grammar and syntax.
