I've had an XML version of my resume for several months and have yet to
find a company that uses them but it is a good introduction to your very
geekiness as long as you include a plain-text resume before the XML one.

Looks okay but you really should include these lines:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE resume PUBLIC "-//Sean Kelly//DTD Resume 1.2.2//EN"
"http://xmlresume.sourceforge.net/dtd/resume.dtd">
His DTD for resumes seems the best worked out of the ones I've seen and so
I have mine in that format. As you can see his URL is
http://xmlresume.sorceforge.net if you care to see some examples etc.
