I didn't suggest that either was impersonal.  Neil has directed
his..comments..towards me personally in the past.  Personal or impersonal, I
don't feel rants about the list are appropriate.  If you have a complaint,
come up with a reasonable solution, and kindly suggest it.

My comment to you was merely that I thought calling Neil's rant childish
merely threw more fuel on the fire rather than putting an end to this flame.
While I agree with your assessment of it, I didn't feel the wording was
appropriate.
