That would require inter-personal communication skills. Loudly complaining 
about everyone's behavior is much easier and safer than direct contact.

Kinda like when "notices" get posted by supervisors at work to address 
behavior/performance/etc... that pertain to only a small portion (or an 
individual) of those subjected to it.

Of course they always seem to inspire me to adopt whatever behavior it is 
they are too afraid to address one-on-one.

This is a clue, Neil. You're childish rants serve no beneficial purpose.
