That depends on what happened just before the problems started. Was it
an installation of a new program that triggered it, or a download, or
what? BTW, there are also a few places in the Registry that I'd
recommend cleaning out. If he didn't install the OS yourself, chances
are there's a lot of junk that starts along with Windows from the
Registry...
