In other countries they don't commute 30mi each way to work so they can use
those electric bicycles and electric cars. If you had a convertible it would
kill your gas mileage because the air doesn't have a smooth surface to flow
over. Also why would you not need A/C if you had a convertible? When it is
100 degrees out you still need A/C.

How many people actually live in the city that they work in? Also have you
ever driven a motorcycle next to a semi do 70-75? It isn't too fun being
blown all over the road.
