I downloaded it for free, also downloaded tcsh (which I'm used to) and I
*really* liked it. It beats the snot out of using the dos prompt. This
reminds me that I have to put it on my new Win box. In case you're
interested, I think I got the tcsh from here:

The only thing I didn't like was the case sensitivity for filenames in
tcsh under Cygwin. It couldn't be turned off. It's a little annoying
because Windows doesn't really care about case (e.g., you can't have a
file named 'bob' in the same directory with a file named 'Bob' or 'BOB')
even though it somehow assigns cases to characters in filenames.
