It shows several problems with the way things are counted.
My biggest gripe is this: I don't care about the "number of
vulnerabilities," I only care about my personal vulnerability as a user.
I also care much more about the seriousness of vulnerabilities than I care
about the raw number of them. If "OS A" has 100 minor vulnerabilities and
"OS B" has one huge gaping hole in the middle of it, I'd prefer to use OS
A. So the numbers don't mean a lot to me.
