I've had groupies on mud's and bbs's I've ran so that'd be no worse. ;)

LOL. What I actually find disturbing is when I search and find old Usenet,
mailing list, etc posts from when I was 14 or something. I can just
imagine my children someday (it could happen.. hell could freeze over)
looking up dirt to use against me or possibly even more weird a great
grandchild looking up old family posts to do a report on what we thought
the world would be like way back when..

Possibly. I don't like overly fragmented lists. If anything I still like
the idea of just tagging messages as to their purpose. Regardless as to if
the message is in tech or discussion lists just use lil notes like
[PROGRAMMING] or [NETWORKING] in the subject line without having to join a
ton of lists and try to keep things posted in the right spot. :)
