I found a website selling them: http://www.ibutton.com/TINI/

They also sell a identification device that can be read/written to via
magnetics called ibutton, seems interesting as well. Its a memory chip
basically thats armored in stainless steel, looks somewhat like a watch or
cmos battery.
This is java powered as well, probably uses some variant of the the dallas
chip. This company also makes accesories to put the ibutton on...such as a
class ring-type thing, watches, key rings, etc..
This is really quite the innovative product imho.
