If I understand the thing, the TIVO can connect (by dialup, I think) to a
place where it downloads lists of TV shows for the week, but it does not
allow the user to access the TIVO remotely to program what will be
recorded. Is that correct?
I think it might also send information about viewing habits to the TIVO
headquarters!
If it did allow me to program it remotely, or from my PC, I'd buy one very
soon.
