He was an excellent Pod Racer pilot, better than any other creature that
piloted such a vehicle on Tattooine. He destroyed the drone control
station and saved Naboo. Age discrimination is a great fallacy.

Why can't more than one person train an individual Jedi? It is perfectly
conceivable that, while the master is the primary trainer of the padawan
learner, multiple persons assist in the making of a Jedi. This is known to
be certain because of the Jedi academy.
