OK, so we need to solve the following integral:
\int_0^z\frac{dx}{(1+x)^2(1+ax)}
No money involved; just your Geek Pride. :-)

ps--The denominator can be expanded into a cubic polynomial, of course;
we don't have mathematica or maple or a really fine table to look
this up (being psychologists and all...)
