I also have the same motherboard in a pc for which I'm using as a win2k
server.
It had a P2-350 in it..
I went and purchased a slocket and a celeron 700MHz chip to put in it.
With the latest BIOS file, it allows you to use up to like 800MHZ celerons.
Just FYI.
