Well, I can't answer that, but a book I remember people using for the
WinSock dlls on Windows 95 and others was "Windows Sockets Network
Programming" by Quinn and Shute. It's an Addison-Wesley book and Amazon
still seems to sell it, so...
I'm only posting this to help spark memories. I never did Windows network
stuff myself.
