Oh, crap.  Uh...he meant 08/31/1380.  More seriously, my perl program is
now busted since I accepted such bogosity as the years:

320
1311
1320
1340
1360
and
1390

On the bright side, I do correctly score 9220. :-)

To fix this in the first regex is not pretty, since it makes the two
halves depend on each other.  So I'd patch it by post-checking for
September, April, June, and November:  /^13(90|40|60|11)$/ and then
for February /^[01]320/.

Oh well...
